BIS project continues to work online

On April 2nd, 2020, a webinar took place instead of the cancelled meeting in March, partners discussed intermediate results of the planned activities. Within the event partners exchanged the information about safety measures of the COVID-19 pandemic undertaken in countries – participants of the Project and further cooperation in existing circumstances. Team members from Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Poland as well as from Tyreman Group make online screening of the companies. International experience exchange events would also be held via the Internet.

On April 29th, 2020, during a webinar partners discussed an activity plan, considering most of the events are extremely low likely to be held offline in 2020. Participants shared their ideas about transferring these activities into the online mode. Apparently, such experience would be useful in 2021 when some events would also be held online partly.

Tyreman Group and “Baltic Industrial Symbiosis” project partners continue their activities and intensively implement the planned actions: make screenings, arrange local and international meetings, support the development of industrial symbiotic chains.
