Results of the call for the independent and qualified external first level controller (FLC) for Tyreman Group - #12 partner of the #R082 project - the Baltic Industrial Symbiosis (BIS) project of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Program 2014-2020. TYREMAN GROUP On October 09th, 2019, TYREMAN GROUP evaluated results of the call for the independent and qualified external first level controller (FLC) for Tyreman Group - #12 partner of the #R082 project - the Baltic Industrial Symbiosis (BIS) project of The Interreg Baltic Sea Region Program 2014-2020.
The completion was divided into two phases
Phase 1: qualification scoring of compliance with the requirements for the independent and qualified external FLC. Phase 2: price evaluation for financial audit of the BIS international project.
The call was recognized as successful with four applications.
The winner of the tender is – "Centre of Tax Expertise and Audit" Ltd – a successful audit company working since 2001 and having an experience of financial audit of international grants. The company is a member of the self-regulatory organization "Russian Union of Auditors" that is a member of International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).
After Tyreman Group will get an auditor approval certificate issued by the Russian Federation Ministry of Economic Development an agreement with "Centre of Tax Expertise and Audit" Ltd. would be signed.
