On September 20^th, 2019, Tyreman Group declared a tender by request for quotations for the independent and qualified external first level controller (FLC) for Tyreman Group - #12 partner of the #R082 project - the Baltic Industrial Symbiosis (BIS) project of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Program 2014-2020. Maximum audit cost is 10 000 euros.

Phase 1.

Qualification scoring of compliance with the requirements for the independent and qualified external first level controller in according with the "Interreg Baltic Sea Region Program" rules

Phase 2.

Price evaluation for financial audit of the international project of Tyreman Group.

Total project funding for Tyreman Group is 250 000 euros divided by 5 periods:

• 1^st period (09.2018-06.2019) - 25 000,00 euros;
• 2^nd period (07.2019-12.2019) – 37 500,00 euros;
• 3^rd period (01.2020-06.2020) - 75 000,00 euros;
• 4^th period (07.2020-12.2020) - 75 000,00 euros;
• 5^th period (01.20201-06.2021) - 37 500,00 euros.

There is a need to make 4 (four) audits within the next schedule:
· 1^st and 2^nd periods - before 15.01.2020,
· 3^rd period - before 15.07.2020,
· 4^th period - before 15.01.2021,
· 5^th period – before 15.07.2021.

Additional requirement.
Report documents of the external FLC should be in Russian and English.

By the results of the tender a winner should fill the form to be sent to the Russian Federation Ministry of Economic Development in order to get a certificate of approval by independent and qualified external FLC for providing financial audit of Tyreman Group - #12 partner of the #R082 project - the Baltic Industrial Symbiosis (BIS) project of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Program 2014-2020.
